Coaching is a way of helping others to improve, develop, and manage life and personal changes. It allows individuals to achieve personal or professional success and fulfilment through addressing how one’s attitude, behaviour and knowledge may affect their lifestyle and relationships.
As your coach my role is to guide, support and encourage you throughout the coaching sessions to explore and develop a personal plan of action that will enable you to focus on what you really want from your personal and professional life.

Coaching sessions:

All coaching sessions are usually held in the studio although an alternative meeting point can be arranged. Sessions times vary between 45-60minutes.

The initial consultation session is free to allow us to discuss what coaching is and whether it is the right approach for you, and to allow time to explore/develop the coaching relationship.
